Welcome to the Queen Bee 2019 Box Office - we are the exclusive vendor of tickets for this event.
Payment processing and ticket issue is provided by Squarespace this year and managed by Queen Bee. This will reduce payment processing fees by 3% and increase the ticket cost value donated to the charitable cause.
Once you complete an order, confirmation is sent to the email provided - this confirmation is also the e-ticket so please print this off and bring it with you to the event or make sure it can be displayed on a smartphone device on the door.
Single - £12
SINGLE TICKET - standard seat at a shared table. Includes entry only and valid for 1 person.
Table ticket - £120
FULL TABLE - reserve a full table with seating for up to 10 persons. Includes entry only and valid for 10 persons max.
PLEASE NOTE - Cancellation and refunds are not possible.
As this is a charity event and refunds result in processing fees - we can not provide a cancellation or refund option. Returned single or table tickets may not be resold in time which would result in a further loss to the charity. Tickets may however be transferred - please contact us if you have any questions.
TRANSPARENCY ABOUT FEES
Queen Bee wants to ensure that nearly all funds raised by ticket sales go towards our chosen cause. This year the ticket prices fully cover the fees levied to us by the ticket & secure payment processing provider. This also ensures that the event remains cost neutral to the people who organize Queen Bee. Our box office can accept Credit & Debit card payments as well as apple pay. Secure payment processing is provided by Squarespace & STRIPE. Just under 3% of the ticket price you pay is charged to Queen Bee by the payment processing company STRIPE. Once the cost of staging the event is covered (in part by sponsors) - remaining ticket revenue is then pooled with the money raised on the night and donated to our causes.
